Stop wasting time on diets that don’t work for PCOS physiology.
Maybe you've finally gotten a PCOS diagnosis from your doctor, but felt they didn't really know how to advise you on the condition or give you the answers you needed to understand what's going on with your body. Maybe they’ve told you to lose weight to manage PCOS, but you’ve tried every diet in the book and the conventional “eat less, exercise more” hasn’t worked. Maybe you’ve been prescribed birth control or another medication like Metformin or Ozempic, but you’re scared of the side effects of medication, the high costs, or the consequences once you stop taking it. All of the noise around PCOS and weight loss, dieting, and misinformation on the internet can really wreck havoc on our relationship with food and our ability to trust our bodies. Have years of living with the uncontrollable cravings left you confused and stressed out around food? Have you spent hours or days sorting through conflicting information on the internet telling you try fad diets like keto, paleo, or intermittent fasting, but you're still not confident choosing how to eat to manage your hormones?
You deserve a clear treatment approach that is sane, realistic, and will work for you and your PCOS.
I've been exactly where you are right now.
When I first got my PCOS diagnosis I felt lost and let down by doctors who didn't have any sensible or practical advice for me beyond "just go on birth control and lose weight." Despite having a Master's Degree in Nutrition and a Registered Dietitian credential, I still felt confused around food and had frustrating cravings and hormonal weight gain. My work and relationships were negatively affected by mood swings, anxiety, and depression. It took me years of research and trial and error to learn to understand my condition, but now I am grateful to live life without having to identify with my PCOS diagnosis.
I want to share with you everything I've learned on my personal journey and through working with clients with PCOS so you don't have to spend years fumbling through information and making the same mistakes I did. Wherever you are in your journey, in our work together we can start to minimize or entirely eliminate your PCOS symptoms and reclaim the well-being and freedom around food that you deserve.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Will my insurance cover working with you?
You can use your HSA or FSA to cover the cost, and you may be able to get reimbursement from your insurance to cover the some or all of the cost depending on your insurance. Call and ask to see if they cover "medical nutrition therapy."
What's a Registered Dietitian and how can one help me with PCOS?
Registered Dietitians are highly trained experts in nutrition. It takes 7+ years of rigorous education to earn the credential (it's not just an online certification.) Registered Dietitians need to complete a 4-year accredited nutrition degree, a master's degree, complete 1500+ practice hours, pass a national exam, and complete ongoing education to maintain their credentials. Registered Dietitians are trained to deeply understand nutrition, metabolism, and physiology, but they are also trained in behavior change and psychology. Instead of just telling you what to do or give you a list of tips that you could google, they'll empower you to make realistic changes that will work for your life. Registered dietitians are also experts at evaluating research and debunking nutrition misinformation: they don't fall for fad diets and the recommendations they make are grounded in science, not trends. Registered Dietitians also take an oath to provide ethical, science-backed nutrition guidance. No fear-based advice, restrictive or unsustainable diets, unproven supplements, or quick-fix gimmicks from us.
How soon can I expect to see changes?
You'll notice some changes very quickly, such as improved energy, within a few days to a week. But some changes take longer. It takes about 3 months to see changes in your lab values and your period from the new habits that you are adopting. This is because three months is the lifecycle of a follicle to ovulation. It also takes time to incorporate new habits into your life, adding habits slowly is more manageable than trying to make many changes all at once.
Is the investment worth it?
Some people spend thousands of wasted dollars and years chasing relief...everything from money spent on supplements they don't need, expensive visits with practitioners, expensive groceries that go bad in the fridge, and other failed attempts to manage PCOS...and these add up. Working with an expert means not wasting any more time, energy, and money on strategies that won't work for you.
Will I lose weight?
You may or you may not. It depends on the factors underlying your PCOS. Many people lose weight when they start managing cravings, insulin resistance, and improve their metabolism. Once the metabolic and hormonal factors of your PCOS are addressed, you'll find your weight will work itself out and adjust to the right weight for your body and genetics.
Can I work with you from anywhere?
Yes! You can attend virtual sessions from anywhere.
