Hi I'm

VANESSA

In my practice, I help people with PCOS manage their symptoms and rebuild a healthy relationship with food through personalized self-care plans that honor both their unique physiology and lifestyle. If you’ve felt overwhelmed trying to manage your PCOS, or if it’s led to a disordered relationship with food, you’re not alone. Many with PCOS struggle with body image and stress around eating, and my approach focuses on healing both the physical symptoms of PCOS while holding compassion for the difficult emotional realities of living with this condition.

Together, we work to reduce symptoms like cravings, irregular periods, acne, and infertility—all without restrictive diets—so you can finally feel confident, empowered, and in control of your body again.

I  am a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutritional Science. I  also have lived with PCOS for most of my adult life, so I’ve been there and I  get it. I can promise that working with me will be a supportive, safe, positive, and hopeful space.

I became a PCOS specialist after my own frustrating experiences during my diagnosis and early days living with PCOS. I  received almost no guidance and a lack of empathy from healthcare providers, and I  don't want others to suffer from the same experience.

In addition to my training in nutrition, I’ve also  received specialized training in digestive health, Intuitive Eating and treating body image issues.
